Your first visit takes about 90 minutes and includes a full exam, cleaning, digital X-rays and an oral cancer screening. Dr. Kowalczyk or Dr. Ortega will talk you through anything they find and give you a written treatment plan with costs before any work begins.
Please bring your insurance card, a photo ID and a list of your medications. You can fill out your forms online before your visit.
Dr. Anne Kowalczyk, DDS founded the practice in 1994 after graduating from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. She has a special interest in children's dentistry and treating nervous patients.
Dr. Luis Ortega, DMD joined in 2011. He trained at the University of Detroit Mercy and provides most of our Invisalign and same-day crown treatment.
If you have a dental emergency during office hours, call (906) 555-0142 and we will do our best to see you the same day. After hours, call the same number for Dr. Ortega's on-call line.
